Initial stages you might not have any symptoms but you should see the doctor if
- If spots or dark strings floating in your vision
- Blurred vision
- Fluctuating vision
- Dark or empty areas in your vision
- Vision loss

You must carefully manage your diabetes and regularly consult with your diabetes doctor. Eye check up should be done at regular time intervals as advised by the eye doctor.
